WELCOME TO WEST HOPPYLAND FARM

Welcome to West Hoppyland Farm, a licensed trekking centre beside Hamsterley Forest in the North East of England with self-catering accommodation in our cosy wooden lodges. The lodges and trekking centre are run by Carole and Bill Atkinson.

We are situated in the stunning landscape of the northern dales on the edge of the Pennine moors, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Picturesque Weardale is only four miles to the North, the breathtaking sights of Teesdale only six miles to the South. It is an ideal base for outdoor activities, and close to the historic cathedral city of Durham.
